"State Farm as a whole has been one of the most shady insurance companies I've used, but this office in particular has blatantly lied to me about billing issues and policies, using threats of cancelation to squeeze more money out of me. When I called their corporate number to clarify what (I belive her name was Leslie) told me, they assured me they have no idea why they are contradicting the clear information on my policy and that she was incorrect.
I followed up with this office to inform them and they only changed their tune after I revealed i had spoken with corporate about the lies she had been pushing and was filing a complaint."
