"Today I called my agents office (Tasha Halloway) as I was pleasantly surprised to receive a few emails from State Farm regarding some dividends we will receive for each of our policies. I spoke with Lesly who was extremely informative and very courteous! She was able to provide clarification on which policies were correlated to the various dividends. She was very helpful as I was not able to get the information on my logon account. She explained how the dividends were handled through a third party group, but she was still able to give me the details I was looking for, which saved me additional research.
